I am unable to complete my registration, yet my item is already listed on their shop. I have been attempting to contact them via email to request the removal of my item, but I have not received any response. Consequently, they have taken my item and are now selling it without my permission.

I was downloading items after checking out and they list disappeared. I try to go back and not it says it is empty. What the heck. All I can do is download the invoice but not download what I did not download yet.
