Downloads do not work

Transaction was flagged for fraud. They ended up charging me twice for the same file download and then I never received the file via email and when I log into the account to download the file from the website, it tells me the file isn't available and it give me a broken XML page. Frustrating. No way to contact anyone to resolve.

We encourage businesses to invite all customers to leave a review. If that’s not possible, use an impartial selection method — for example, inviting every third customer. You should not invite people who have a special relationship with your business (for example, close family members, employees, partners, or shareholders). Remember to give customers enough time to experience your product or service before asking for feedback.
