We are sorry, but we don't upload the product, the vendors do it by themselves. There is the information on our website https://masterbundles.com/terms-of-use-for-vendors/ If you send us copyright ownership, we'll resolve your request.

Invoice number #2044399 I recently purchased a template. When I downloaded the template, it only provided PDF files that I could not modify. I have reached out numerous times with no response. How hard is it to send the correct files? I also did not receive the email.

I have purchased a product and the download link is downloading a different one. I paid for the mockup of "10 Mockup Aluminium Can 250 Ml With Water Drops" and it downloads a package of clothing mockups. I would like to receive the mockup I paid for if possible.
