SCAM! $69 is demanded if you tell the no. $1500 quoted way way way Overpriced, not correct. Estimate for cleaning turned into micro cracks no one else could see besides the 18;year old baby faced kid with glasses. I have never felt so pressured, embarrassed, and uncomfortable. Don't allow in your house

Thieves. I have the tech on camera, didnt do ANYTHING, sprayed an aerosol product for the purpose of scent. Wouldn’t identify what was sprayed. My camera doesn’t lie. I have contacted my local city fraud department, who has referred me to the FBI and ICE. Do not use this company, they are grifters and it is a scam. Not licensed and NO work performed.

Company not to be confused with Masters Air Duct Cleaning, this company is a scam. The website was even altered after the incomplete service and no physical address. I ordered a $79 dryer duct cleaning. Young kid showed up in a car (no service truck) and started job. Charged $349 and as soon as I paid he packed up and left before I realized he never finished the job. Total SCAM.

Late arrival, dip stick kid who couldn't figure the best way to pull out the dryer for cleaning dryer vent. Went i attic for 2 or 3 minutes came down to show me pics saying vent was not fastened/sealed to roof vent. My $79 dollar vent cleaning went to $480 as a new client. Needless to say, he was done, and I was done. After hes gone, I realized he didnt even plug the dryer back in. DO NOT CALL OR HIRE THEM ONLINE.

I'd give them ZERO if I could. Called 3x trying to get a plan a quote visit. It seems none of them have read their own webpage. The webpage indicates in several ways they service my area, but #1 said they don't. I asked why website said they did, her response "I don't know". 2nd said yes they do service my area, but he could not grasp the work I was talking about, so was talking about services I don't want. When I pointed this out he offered me a free quote, which they already offer according to webpage, then just hung-up on me. #3 was also stuck on dryer vent cleaning, not HVAC system. THESE PEOPLE ARE CLUELESS. I would not book them for work after the bad phone experience.

RIP OFF! SCAM! We just had the same experience as the previous reviewer, except we got charged near,y $700 and the guy was here for one hour. This will teach us never to call anyone for service before looking up reviews.

Quoted me $79 for roof dryer vent cleaning on phone. Guy came said it's going to be $625 because it is " deep" cleaning. Website clearly say $79 confirmed with rep. Do not trust them. I rarely write reviews, but do not want any people to get scam.

Extremely misleading pricing. I scheduled this service because I was quoted $80. When the technician arrived, before doing any work, he told me the actual price would be $220. That's a 175% increase over the advertised quote. I declined the service. If the real starting price is $220, then don't advertise or quote $80. Be upfront about the actual cost so customers don't waste their time.
