I began taking Theralac a long time ago when I read that it helps in the absorption of supplements. I had been on prescription strength Vitamin D because of a deficiency for a number of rounds but was failing to increase my readings. With regular use of Theralac, my level began increasing, and kept up until it became sufficiient. At the same time, my energy and stamina began to increase. I feel so good now I wouldn't go without it.
