Shipping
The shipping wasn't as I expected. Most probiotics I've bought in past I've believed to be dead when purchased as they don't work at all so I purchased these hoping they'd work and these Theralac haven't either. They came in bubble wrap and a cardboard box so I don't see the special shipping of these they talked about? I've giving them a little more time to work. Thanks for caring, Theralac customer

We do have special packaging but the Totally Inert Packaging refers to the quality control steps taken during manufacturing not shipment packaging. We implement moisture and oxygen absorption packets to each bottle, we choose amber glass bottles (versus cheap plastic), and we use a nitrogen flush to remove excess oxygen which can preactivate the probiotic cells.
