Not really credit
So I ordered from this company last year. Was told I had a 1500 dollar credit limit. So spent couple hundred. Went to place another order was told I couldn’t Paid off the account. Tried to place another order today. Nope. Told order cancelled. Even though payments never late. I’m closing my account with this scam if a company

Horrible fries cold just a tad bit like crumbs in bottom of bag cheesesteak dry half sized we ordered this through doordash I wish I told a picture we less than 3 miles from being delivered

Item shipped was not the item ordered
Item shipped was not the item ordered. Nevertheless, they charge ~ $10 for returning the item. It would be different if I didn't like the item and wanted to return it. In addition, the telephone representative was nearly impossible to understand and refused to provide another representative. Last order from Massey's.

TERRIBLE COMPANY
This is a Terrible company. Several months ago, I bought a dress with Massey's credit. It was practically see through, and very thin and flimsy. I sent it back promptly. So, they charged a return fee, and added it to my account, And my account says part due. I did not pay in July because I sent the dress back months before. After getting daily harassment calls, I called the two days ago, and explained the situation. They promised to fix this, and zero out my account, just like they did months ago. If I see this on my credit, I'm suing them. Don't buy from Massey's.

Predatory lending practices. Allow unverified users to open credit application fraudulently. We are now in collections because of a scam account.

I only gave them one star because they…
I only gave them one star because they don’t have a minus one. This company is crazy. I ordered three pair of skechers the middle of April. I finally got one pair the end of May the others are on back order until the end of June From April 😳are they crazy I don’t understood how they stay in business and Give me a person that speaks English. I will never order from this company again

BEWARE OF RETURNS
I paid full payment for my order and then I had to return my skirt because it was to big. Meanwhile I ordered a smaller skirt so i could have in time for an event. WELL Masseys is charging me full price when it should have been an even exchange. Now they are charging late fees and not understanding the whole situation.

You send me a catalog offering me 300.00 in credit you accept my first order then after placing the order I get my order and return what does not fit while I am waiting for the return I sent out you decide that in order to continue purchasing what you offer you want a 69.00 deposit really? you havent even given me the chance to make my first payment which if not due till next month this is a sad way to do business stick to your end of the credit you offered
