Dear Sydney, We are deeply sorry to hear about your discomfort during your session. As a professional and ethical establishment, our priority is to ensure every client feels safe and valued. We made every effort to address your concerns during the session, including offering to provide another therapist to continue your service. At the time, you shared with our manager that everything was fine and opted to stop the session for personal reasons. If there were specific concerns during your visit, we would have gladly resolved them for you—our goal is to ensure no client feels troubled or unsupported. This is why many clients trust us for their massage needs. However, it seems there may have been some assumptions made about our service that do not align with our professionalism and commitment to ethical practices. For the different members assigned to your session, please feel free to check our FAQ page, #2, which states that you can request a specific therapist upon availability. However, please note that if there are any changes in therapist assignment for your session, we will not provide prior notice.
