Stiil no response from this company mason newlife garbage...... Why are these type of businesses allowed to do this for so long and get away with it...all the bad reviews and cant they be traced and busted for scheme... Really google and trustpilot.. Whats up with this!!!!!!! Never again.....wasted money.

They ripped me off. Then it says I made an order in October but I made it in January 2021. It says my order was complete , they never emailed me back. I left several emails . They robbed me. Its a scam.

Scam. I waited 5 weeks and all I got was a cheap pair of AirPods that I could have found at a gas station. There was nothing else included. Also I “tracked” it from china using 4px (some knock off tracking website) but the label, when this dinky little package arrived was from California. Which means the 4px website is also a scam which tried to justify why the “package” was so late. And no reply to emails. It’s a scam. Don’t get fooled.

To everyone who gets taken by these scams, if you pay through paypal they can get your refund for you. Even your credit card can do a claw back. You just need to report it to them and follow their guidelines. Took me long enough to learn to quit ordering from these places. The other thing is, if you purchased from any sites posted on facebook, then complain to facebook. If enough people do that, facebook will refuse to let them advertize. Found that out the hard way too. Good luck to you all

Your company is a fraud and for me folks I have waited roughly about 55 56days for my package and send emails and they answer when they think they scam and cheat u put the blame more by saying through an overseas platform had no updates in 30dayz and expired.... S C A M -F A C T S !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! TABOOT THEY MAKE NO ATTEMPT TO MAKE IT RIGHT PROBABLY THOSE KOREANS WHO HAVE BEEN HACKI N G IN THE USA AND ITS DEFINITELY A FRAUD... SO TO DATE ITS BEEN OVER 55 DAYS , NO RESPONSE AND WHEN U GO TO LOOK UP PAGE POSTED IT SAYS URL DOES NOT EXHIST HMMM WT bleep bleep AND HTH DO U DEAL WITH THAT... I SAY WE GET A CLASS ACTION SUIT AGAINST THEM HOLD EM ACCOUNTABLE.
