Disappointing Customer Service and Missing Parts
Purchased the F series carbon paddles after speaking with Sean (owner) and confirming that they will fit E90 LCI’s. Unfortunately, It went from a quick modification for $250, into a $400 problem very fast. Mashimarho failed to send me any of the hardware that is needed to make the paddles actually fit. This error cost me $70 worth of installation fees which I will now have to pay for twice as a result of the mistake, turning it into a $400 modification. Eventually, they sent me the missing hardware; however, the shipping for the hardware took twice as long as the original shipment. Additionally, I’ve expressed my intent on getting reimbursed from their mistake in 4 separate emails, and sent DMs to the company through Instagram; still no response after around 15 days. Wouldn’t order again. Very disappointed with the customer service.
