I informed the company that I used the wrong billing address when purchasing. I haven’t received any response for a week. I wanted to send a gift in time but I have no update on the shipping status. Also, the app for tracking the order does not give up to date details on the shipping status. I would appreciate help with this order.

It was never delivered to my house because it said insufficient address but the address that i put in was correct. I have ordered before and had no problems but this time i have had nothing but problems ordering from here.
