The cleaning was fantastic. No complaints there. The woman did a wonderful job, and I was left wondering why I had never hired cleaners before. The business dealings, however, were absolutely lacking transparency and honesty. On the website, I was quoted $189 for my 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment. When they called on the phone, she gave me a higher rate, and I told her the website had given a lower price, and I didn't want to go through if it would be higher. She reassured me the $189 would be honored and said she'd put a note in my record. The cleaning came and went, my receipt came via email, and the receipt was given for a deep cleaning (I received a standard cleaning) and for $225. I immediately called thinking this would be an easy fix, and the sales rep told me that my record said deep cleaning even though the text confirming the service said standard cleaning and that he didn't have a phone number to transfer me to to get the mix-up taken care of today because this was something only management could fix. He sent an email and told me they'd get back to me and told me multiple times that was the best he could do. If anyone is looking for a cleaning, I'd recommend using another company. Their quote on the website is done via AI (confirmed by the woman I spoke to), and it seems that AI does not accurately price. They are not transparent about their pricing.

I paid for a deep cleaning but received only a basic, incomplete cleaning, and the floor was left wet. Afterward, my calls were not answered. I do not recommend Maryland Cleaning Experts.

I hired Maryland Cleaning Experts for a home cleaning, and they exceeded my expectations in every possible way. From the initial booking to the final walkthrough, their team demonstrated top-tier professionalism, efficiency, and incredible attention to detail. 0 stars! This company was not forthcoming nor transparent in their business dealings nor did they execute a satisfactory cleaning of my home. They cleaned 20% of the home, did not touch the basement and left residue and dirt in the bathtub they 'cleaned'. They sent 2 sub contractors to clean a 3 floor, 4 bdr 2 full bath home and communicated NOTHING about a three hour limit to the cleaning service to me. The sub contractors were told it was a Move OUT cleaning when I specified several times that it was Move IN. The woman who answered the phone at the Maryland Cleaning refused to let me speak to anyone but herself - no manager, no finance dept member, no one! After all this, they still deducted funds from my bank account! It was essentially theft. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM! My home is unclean to this day. I'm a first time home buyer and this was my first experience with hiring contractors. Very disheartening. Will sue.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel obligated to share my experience so others can avoid the frustration I went through. I hired Md cleaning expert company and was extremely disappointed with the results. Many of the basic cleaning tasks were either done poorly or not done at all. The windows were not cleaned, the cabinets were not wiped down, the microwave was left dirty, and the screen door was not cleaned. I also paid extra for oven cleaning, but the oven was not touched. The mirrors throughout the house were left streaky and foggy with visible lines, making them look worse than before. To make matters worse, the cleaners used my cleaning supplies instead of bringing and using their own products. I have photos showing the condition of the areas that were supposed to be cleaned. The quality of work did not match what I paid for or what was advertised. I am posting this review to warn others to be careful about who they allow into their homes. Take the time to research a company thoroughly before hiring them. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this cleaning service and would not use them again.

Maryland Cleaning experts first quoted me $320.00 for the cleaning. When I told them to minus one room from their cleaning schedule, they dropped their pricing to $250.00., they also told me that 2 women would come to clean up, but only 1 woman showed up. I told them that this house needs at least 2 women to do the cleaning, but they said to me not to worry that this one woman can do the cleaning. They than took $450.00 out of my charge card for the cleaning. I kept calling them to dispute this, but they responded that they are waiting to hear from their business office about resolving this and that they will call me back. They never called me back but finally after the fifth call they called me back and flatly said that they are sorry but they will not reimburse me. They said that the rooms were big. I told them that only the master bedroom is big all the other bedrooms were either moderate sized or small. Regardless they outright lied and stole my money. Very very bad. If I had know that they were buying time by keeping me waiting that they would call me back to fix this issue, I would of cancelled the payment immediately. I trusted them and they turned out to be deceitful cleaners. Never have them do their cleaning, the woman who came to clean up couldn't even speak english, which I wasn't aware of until she came and with their literally stealing my money. Hannah was the name of lady who arranged everything from the payment to the cleaner that came to my home. Shame on her and the Maryland cleaning experts. The only thing that they are experts in is Fraud!

This is the worst cleaning company you can even work for or book… They claims to have over 200k specialists but can never send a cleaner to come help you when needed and expecting you to deep clean an entire house in 3-4 hours knowing it takes more than that.. They do not even come out to inspect the house before giving customers quotes (what customers told me) and got them thinking we can make magic happen in 3-4 hours.. If you don’t finish the job they tell you that you do not get paid until it is done. I done cleaned 4 houses for them for that little bit money and today is the last day I will work for a company like this.. There is no offices or the people on their website to be found. We can not even call them.. You have to wait for them to call you.. PLEASE take your money and book else where they actually come out and inspect your home..

Cleaner was 45 mins late.. I was told house would take 3 to 4 hours for one person to clean and the price was 225$. In a hour she said she was done. I walked the house and found dog food on floor where it was not vacuumed. Kitchen counter wasn't wipe down. Dust all over dressers. Stairs were never vacuumed. and parts of floors were never mopped. I called the boss and told her several times, and she eventually ignored my phone calls. So I used my work phone, and she answered and quickly said she was escalating it to her boss and hung up on me. It felt more of a scam then a cleaning. Will never use again, and will notify all freinds and family to never use. They also charged me 25 more then was stated. Please do not use this company...!!!!!
