I am going to give them the lowest review because of the following:- I ordered Mid November only to be told they had lost my order in December (after tracking told me it was being prepared), then they offered me an upgrade. It is now Mid January and no preparation status. They ignore my emails now. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere, this is a terrible experience.

TERRIBLE company to order glasses from with the WORST customer service. Their actual product is horrible as well. Take your business elsewhere!

I am with the other review in that 1 star is too many. They emailed 2 weeks after I ordered and said that I would be getting eyeglasses before the end of the month. They took 8 more weeks to respond to my emails. I ordered the eyeglasses on October 10 2022 and didn’t receive until December 10 2022 when I received them they botched the prescription. What I received was a pair of glasses that were poorly made and the prescription was wrong. “ I would strongly urge you not to go here for anything related to eyewear”. Online eyeglass centers are no good and are not ready for functional usage by the consumer. They just sit there somewhere in internet land waiting for an order that they botch so when you ask for a refund they hit you with their fees. “ STAY AWAY from MarvelOptics”!

Stay away. Wish I saw reviews before I ordered. Ordered 2 frames a month and a half ago. After 2 weeks I called and was told they would ship in 1-2 weeks. 2 weeks later, same thing. 2 weeks later told them get them out. They said will be shipped in a few days. A week later I was told the frames are out of stock. Now hoping I get my money back! Place is a huge rip off.

Customer no service, it's like they disappear after they get your money.

Recently I purchased two pairs of glasses (prescription lenses) for $320. I placed my order on Nov 15 2022 and did not receive a confirmation email until a week later. Then after 3 weeks I reached out to see why there's no update on tracking information. I was told that the glasses were still in processing and that they should ship out in an additional 7 days. I told them to just cancel my order since I'll be leaving on a trip and have found a brick and mortar store that could have a pair ready for me much sooner. Once I stated that I needed a refund I was ghosted. No responses to emails, I was on hold with customer service for 2+ hours, the live chat (suspiciously and conveniently) crashed at that exact moment. I contacted my bank and filed a dispute. Now that I have my money back I feel much better but they kept me on my toes the entire time. Consistently pushing the delivery date back and making all kinds of excuses. I wish I would have read reviews and had done more research before ordering. I was just so excited because they had a pair of Kate Spade glasses that were the exact same as my original pair. Don't trust them. It's not worth it. Apparently the quality of lenses they provide (if you do ever get your glasses) is dodgy as well. I hope they get what's coming. Karma has no deadline 👍 TLDR; I ordered glasses from Marvel Optics and they scammed me out of $320

Marvel Optics has a nice looking and easy to use website, but in my experience the only thing they actually do is charge your credit card. I placed my order, and 60 days later I have Nothing from them. No glasses, no explanation. Their customer service is unresponsive, maybe nonexistent. Get your glasses somewhere else.

Long delivery, +60 days, poor quality, my glasses came without transition I ordered, below average return policy, never full price for a return, and they claimed I didn’t send all the parts back so I wasn’t qualified for a refund. This is either a scam or the poorest run company I have ever seen. Please don’t make the mistake I made. I’m out 300$. Never again.
