It took 2 months for the item to "ship" and when it did in theory, it said it arrived in April 2026. I explained I hadn't gotten it and they said oh, that was the wrong tracking number, here's another one and it was delivered. The item (stupid 90s lyrics game I regret spending $20 on) never arrived. They said "sorry we fulfilled the order" and never refunded me.

Marvelmerit is an absolutely disgusting company to deal with. I ordered a leather man and got a complete different knockoff. I emailed them and ask for a refund only to get a complete runaround. They clearly don’t accept returns on cheap crappy products. I will never again buy anything from them.

I ordered two 6amp milwaukee knock-off batteries . After waiting around a month I was delivered one battery! I contacted them and was asked to send photos of the delivery box etc. After going back and forth at least 15 emails. I was offered $7 initially and there final offer was$12 .I was told by the individual corresponding with me that I should appreciate that he was trying to get a refund for me. Avoid this company as others have mentioned so you don't get scammed like i did!

Saw an advert for a chineseium copy of a 6 amp milwaukee battery. It was advertised as a set of 2 batteries. Box turned up in the post today with 1 battery. For what I paid for the pair, €10 more would buy a genuine milwaukee 5 amp battery. Complained but no response.

Horrible ordering from this company. I placed order in May and kept getting excuses about delivery. Took 2 months and unable to get customer service about the product. I will never order from this company again!

It has been over 2 months since I placed the order. Have complained to the company all I get is the run around. The parcel showed it was in transit in the US. Now when I track it says that it left China. This is a scam company do not buy from them.
