Scam company. I didn't get my order, just a fake tracking number.

Requested a refund and they told me they don't refund when they send the correct item. It was falsely advertised. The same cheap nipple covers they claimed they WERE NOT. After a few back and forth of them telling me to keep the item or gift it away instead, they ended the service chat with me, and no refund. 100% refund is fake. Do NOT trust them.

This is a scam company. Do NOT buy from them. I bought a T Shirt advertised on Instagram. It took 6 weeks to arrive and after one wash, the lettering fell off shirt! They promise “risk free guarantee”. They offered $5 as compensation or I could pay huge fee to have returned to China. Disgusting bait and switch.

I ordered nipple covers from Marvelmerit. They advertised they were 5" in diameter the biggest on the market. I received them and they were 3" in diameter. I was told over and over by customer service that I was sent the correct size, despite my sending the exact words in their advertising. I was also told it was not economical for me to send them back for a refund. The customer service offered me 3$ USD for a 30$ purchase. I wrote a review on their site, it was removed, twice. Do not buy them. They stick well but dig into my breasts and do not look good under a shirt as advertised.

SCAM!!!! I ordered a 'To the person behind me' shirt and never turned up. Scam!!

This is a scam!!! Never received the product. I ordered back in May 1 the “Dear person behind me” shirt. They sent me this tracking number that showed my shirt all over the world. It first started in Norway and now my package has been lost in Boston since May 31. I live in Georgia. This is a scam. I wrote them 4 times to refund my money and never got any response except to some fake customer support links.

If there was a zero stars I would choose it. I ordered a "to the person behind me" sweatshirt and received it with the ink from their printing, all over the sleeves making it look dirty before I even wore it. Also, the whole idea of the sweatshirt is for the person behind you to be able to read the message. Well, the printing is place so high up on the back that the hood covers it, defeating the purpose all together. The company claims to have a 100% money back guarantee but when I reached out they just told me that it would be too costly for me to return the sweatshirt and that I should just keep it and that they'd credit me $3. After multiple emails back and forth they upped the amount they'd credit me to $5....really?! They refuse to send me a new sweatshirt that's in better condition or to refund me my $30. I am not being unreasonable. I sent them many pictures of the problem and they won't budge. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM....YOU'LL BE SORRY!!!
