Try to return items but the won't respond. Buyers beware! Company is not responding to emails.

I ordered two sweatshirts on October 1st. It is now November 16th and, according to tracking, it was shipped to Eastern Canada and there it sits. There is a serious problem that needs to be addressed. I requested cancellation and a return of the funds, but you can't do that with Marvel Merit. Lesson learned.

This company sucks! I order a hoodie, material was polyester, ordered a khaki and received brown, x large fits like a medium AND there is no way to return it. Lesson learned

I usually do not review or leave bad reviews, but I have to warn all possible future customers. I should have Googled this company prior to placing an order. I placed an order in July, about a month ago. I live in Germany, so it usually takes about 2 weeks for a package from the US to get to me. After a month of waiting, the package was no longer scanned by any mail carrier for 2 weeks. Then, I get a notification that it was returned to sender. When I reached out to customer service asking for a refund, they told me the package would not make it back to the warehouse and that they would ship me a replacement if I pay for it. I have never heard such a thing - in my experience, merchants either refund or send a replacement without charge. I would have given 0 stars if possible. Please buy from another site - there are so many legitimate ones!

Ordered a dear person behind me hoodie....where do I start...they overcharged me and I nagged them like a crazy person till I got the AUD refund of overcharge they said was due to computer error, asked me did I was to cancel order or would I accept their apology and continue with order...I did have a derp moment I know that now and continued with order; but did get the overcharge refund after 10 days. However....when hoodie arrived it was that shiny crap polyester you need to wear sunnies to look at, the font print was tiny and the sewing construction was terrible. Contacted for refund...that's when it all turned to hell😂was told I had 3 choices after I sent a photo via some computer chat set up. 1. Would be expensive to return to China...wouldn't be worth it 2. Keep it and resell 3. Keep it and enjoy I'll also add tracking suggested it came via USA and customs there however since found out came from China....dodgy tracking!!!! I have repeatedly asked via about ten emails (it's fun by now just being a thorn in their sides) demanding details how to return and refund. I keep saying no soup for you when they ask for a photo of the product )already sent twice) after telling me a refund can't be issued as the product has no product fault....even though their product is advertised with a risk free guarantee.... My advise just don't do it, save yourself the money or if you still want to loose ya cash go burn it out the front yard. Don't give it to these scammy mcscammers because all this mob will send you is a hoodie so shiny you could use it to reflect the sun back and blind city drivers....peace out🤘

What a scam !! We purchased a hoodie for 40$ not even about the money the product is garbage. The sizing is all wrong and when I contacted them ship it back for a refund they told me to give it to a friend and that was it . I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone . Save your money .

Definitely a scammer. I wish I googled this company first before I placed my order. The purchase was USD$40 but they charged AUD$85 in the background and then said there’s system error, will refund the difference but obviously that will never happen. Avoid! Have report this company to scamwatch in Australia.

Terrible service, terrible products, terrible pricing, terrible everything. Avoid at all costs.
