Scam. DO NOT BUY from them. They simply take your money and tell you it’s on its way, providing bogus shipping updates.

This online retailer is a scam. The positive reviews are fake. There is no customer service. They lie about your order and its online logistics tracking. Stay far away and do your best to report these online scammers that are becoming more and more prevalent. I am embarrassed that I fell for this vendor and highly recommend everyone to stay away. Don't click as you will be throwing your money away. Report them to every organization that you can. Let's do our best to clean up the online retailers and put a stop to this insanity.

Ordered a pool solar light 2 approx 6 weeks aga & still not here. Customer service is a Bot that just keeps giving you the same reply. Another online rip off?

Advarsel - pas på. Jeg har bestilt noget poollight for længe længe siden. Track and trace så fornuftigt ud i starten men nu rokker pakken sig ikke. Man får blot standardsvar fra deres kundeservice - endda så hurtigt så de virker prefabrikeret. Så hold jer langt væk, med mindre i vil spilde jeres penge

I never received my items, pool lights. Contacted marvel merits and they just keep saying to be patient, it has been over 2 months...Don't Buy from them

The worst. Ordered Poolhacker lights. Almost 3 months later they have not arrived. Have used tracking number and there is no such number with any mail and shipping companies. Said they were giving me a refund and now I get messages they are trying to refund my money and it won’t go through. Completely FAKE company. I’ve been had! Don’t buy from them.

This company is a scam. All the positive reviews are fake. This isn't a fake review. I would stay far away from these pieces of 💩!!!

After waiting more than a month for first shipment that didn’t move, I told them I wanted a refund and had already purchase elsewhere and received next day. They told me they have resent my order which I’ve already asked for the refund and they told me it too late to cancel order because they took it upon them self’s to send another second shipment this time from china. From their emails; “After you receive the goods,  we will have dedicated after-sales service personnel to handle the matter. Thank you very much for your understanding and cooperation” “But could you please trust your first choice and our products? Before make the final decision, please wait patiently to receive your order and check if you will like it If you still don't want the product after you check it, please do not hesitate to contact us.” Neither has happened they haven’t responded to email for return. On top of that I paid 4x price from these people than I bought better product elsewhere
