Had to cancel my trip and get a refund due to outside factors at that time. Without hesitation, they agreed to contact the airline to do so- no cancellation charge and no hassle. All this took about a day from when I contacted them.

Price offered was 10% lower than on the airline's own web site, which is the main reason I chose MartiGO. Booking was straightforward, except a little glitch when paying with Mastercard, payment declined, not sure why. I switched to another VISA card, problem solved. The membership card info did not go through, I had to add it again on the airline's site (booking was easy to find with PNR).
