Extremely Disappointed – Unreliable Pricing and Poor Transparency I had a very frustrating experience with this travel agency. After booking my flights and receiving a confirmation, the agency changed the ticket price twice, each time claiming there was a “fare adjustment” and “system issue.” This not only caused unnecessary stress but also made me feel misled. A reputable travel agency should honor the price at the time of booking and communicate clearly before making any changes. Instead, I was left with higher costs and wasted time trying to sort things out. I would not recommend this agency to anyone looking for transparent and trustworthy service. There are many other agencies that respect their customers and stand by their pricing.

I booked a flight and 5 minutes after they send me a mail where they ask 750 euros more for have my flight or they will cancel. I call and ask refund but still no news from them

This website is so frustrating. I booked ticket then finally they cancelled due to unnecessary error from the airlines. And until now 2days already my refund still not yet refunded. And the staff telling me 24hours, then i called again 48hours finally the other staff said 1-3days that sucks. Why you brought the customer to checkout and finally cancelled? it's not the traveler's fault. Your office should update ur fare and if it will be change you shouldn't bring ur customer to checkout page. It's a NO NO NO to this website. you're plan will be missed up.

Their services are the worst. I booked the flight and paid for it. But in a few minutes, they called me and told me there was an error in their system and if I wanted the ticket I needed to pay 25 euros more!!
