My flight got cancelled but the agents involved from MartiGo were very responsive and eager to help out. My issue has been solved on papers within 3-4 days and now I am hopeful I get my money back asap, which I am sure MartiGo will ensure. Thanks for the nice experience overall.

Booking on this site has always been smooth with competitive fares shown transparently. but what I liked particularly is the handling of rescheduling of flights and inconvenience caused to the flyer due to this.
