It’s very bad. No trust, since I booked my flight, paid the full amount if the fly ticket.. I was shocked in the airport that my ticket was cancelled without any e mail notification from martigo.com .. disaster

Realized a mistake in the flight booked. Clicked through from Google flights and it ended up being the wrong flight. Reached out 5 minutes after booking and they changed 35 Euro! They were unwilling to waive the fee. I can only imagine the fees for cancelling later or any changes. Won't be booking with them again.

SCAMMERS - they say Ticket is Fully refundable but when you read their FAQ they say USUALLY NO REFUNDS ARE POSSIBLE they say YOU HAVE TO DO ONLINE CHECK IN BUT THERE IS NO CHECK IN OPTION ON THE TICKET PAGE !!!! INCOMPETENT SCAMMERS !!!

When I booked my ticket it made me pick a seat and clearly showed a bed and when I got in the plane it was a regular seat this is a total SCAM!!!!

Refund me I still did not get refunded till now !!!! You have canceled my flight ticket without refunding

I accidentally clicked the wrong date when booking a ticket. They refused to give me a refund even though the ticket was for a flight OVER A MONTH in the future. The customer service was also extremely slow and unresponsive. I had to wait hours, and never got confirmation that the issue was closed.

I booked with them then they never supplied full ticket details then i had issues with the airline at the airport the customer support ltierally took 3hours to reply on a whataspp chat until which point the plane took off without me and i cant get a refund bec its now recorded as a no show except i was at the airport an hour early so THANK YOU FOR BEING THE WORST !!!

Scammers Their system issues mistakes in the tickets then they ask you for money to fix it They issue my tickets with different dates then charge me 30 euros to cancel it even its free to cancel Plus they charges my credit card without my permission
