A larger amount was deducted than stated on the website.

Trying to get a simple question answered about the refund policy but no one is helping over the call or WhatsApp. One female agent purposely keeps picking up and hanging up the phone. Called and messaged on WhatsApp but no luck. Very disappointed!!

Update: since they were playing games I tried to have a chargeback on my CC just to find they never really booked my flight. ( they sent reservation numbers both from them and the airline )

Bought a ticket to Israel in January for March. Due to the war the company suspended flights. I asked for a refund. Martigo tells me the flight is still available and they are playing games and keeping my money. Not a happy customer

Charged me a cancellation fee for a flight I mistakenly purchased and cancelled immediately. The site has absolutely trash UI that made it extremely difficult to notice the dates were not matching what I originally selected.

Zuerst einmal das wirklich einzig Positive. Die Preise für einen Flug nach Thailand waren hier am günstigsten. Die Variante direkt nach HKT war mit 3700 oder 4500 für 4 Personen der beste Preis. Ich hatte Eco Flex für 4500 gebucht. Weil die SPR schon drin war. Bis dahin alles prima. Ärger ging los mit, dass ich sowohl bei SWISS als auch bei OMAN nun trotzdem extra zahlen musste, um mir meine SP auszuwählen. 5! Rückfragen dazu wurden mit Phrasen beantwortet. Bei der letzten wurde mir gesagt, dass der technische Dienst mit mir dazu sprechen will. 8 Tage her. Vorgestern letzten Versuch unternommen dies gütig zu bereinigen. Ich behalte ja gern die Tickets, aber will den ECO-Tarif haben. Keine Antwort. Nächster Schritt ist der Rechtsanwalt. Nie wieder Ma..igo!
