This company is a slow trickle scam the old cables electronics are so outdated no one is on to the scam. WE NEED INVESTIGATORS TO LOOK INTO THIS COMPANY. DISPUTING MY 11.98 CREDIT CARD CHARGE !!!!!!!!!!

Wish I had read the reviews before I ordered a Nikon battery charger in early March. Received a confirmation on 3/10 that the charger has been shipped. I have not received it and several attempts to contact MartGreat to no avail. I can honestly give them 10 stars for the worst customer service I have ever encountered.

Purchased a shutter release for my camera. After the 5-16 day shipping window had passed I sent an email asking what was wrong. They assured me that it wasn't lost in the mail and that I should contact them in another 15 days if it doesn't arrive. Well a month has gone by and upon asking them for a refund they told me they are willing to send out another cable but cannot refund me my payment as "This is a rare situation applying to around 0.05% of our packages".0 I asked again and received their standard message. I don't believe I will receive this product on time either... Update: 15 days later....again....and still nothing. No reply from their customer support.

TERRIBLE!!!!! No customer service, although there is a phone number and e-mail address, they just don't care to respond. Nowhere in the ordering process was it mentioned that their "warehouse" is in China. I've been waiting over a month for a cable I ordered. I'm disputing the payment with my credit card because Martgreat couldn't be worse. This is about the Yahoo Store Martgreat. Should be NOTgreat.

False advertising and crapy delivery. Ordered a mhl connector for LG K30. After it got "lost" in the mail and resent it took a month and a half to get it, turns out HML DOESENT WORK WITH THE LG K30. now im stuck with a product i cant use. Dont waste your money with this company.

Could not give a Zero. Received item different than advertised. 7 requests for returns have been met with less than understanding of the situation. They wanted me to open the package and show it doesn't work when looking at the item inside the package can clearly see it is not the item I ordered. Very poor customer service. Seems to be a bait and switch company from China. Do not buy from this company.
