I placed and order and waited a couple days to get my tracking, but no tracking, so i sent an email to CS and they responded promptly that they were out of order on my item and would reverse the charges in which they did. I was happy that they took care of that. Wish i could have gotten the item for that great price but I'll take the refund and knowing they are legit.

I bought some expensive perfume for half price of buying regular retail and I think it's caramel colored water. It has scent for about 5 minutes. What a joke. Dont waste your money.

Only once have they successfully completed an order for me (great price, fast shipping). But twice now, they have taken my order and then waited 6 days to tell me the item is out of stock and canceled the order - leaving me waiting 1-2 weeks for them to release my payment so I can buy elsewhere.

I was a little leary the first time checking out Martdiscover. Gave them a chance and sure glad I did. Ordered Building wire. Was over 150.00 cheaper than the big box stores, plus free shipping. And I think it arrived in 3 days!

I found the gas grill that I had been looking for at a price 16% less than other sites, including Amazon. I had a smooth ordering experience and got delivery in about a week. Quite pleased. Wish there had been more communication after the order was placed, but all went well.

If I could give this outfit a 0 I would. i ordered weeks ago and have not received what i paid for. They never sent a conformation email, they do not answer their phone or return my calls. This is NOT a reputable company.

We apologize for the confusion. After reviewing your order, we found that it did not go through. No payment was captured by us, and the charge you see is only a temporary authorization hold. Your bank should automatically release the hold and return the funds to your account, so please check your account or contact your bank for clarification.

Add my experience to the many customers who were played. After stringing me along for a long time, they finally gave me a tracking number. Then they requested a “return to sender” and when I asked why, they said it was damaged in transit. If it was damaged, why wouldn’t they send me a new one? They are still selling the product in their website. I am certain they never actually sent anything. I’m not sure how the fraud works, but this is not an honest operation.
