Great cables. Communication can be better
Update. Order has arrived and it's a great cable. Customer service got back to me. In future a quicker response time would be better because I did reach out on all channels and felt like my questions weren't getting answered. Either way all is well Ordered 26th July and the order has appeared stuck and not even recieved by usps LJ216260423US I have contacted them multiple times on their support email plus their online chat as well as their info email I have heard absolutely nothing for days now and worried my order will not get sent to me. This customer service has been appalling. The cords are good but they can't seem to even contact me back. They have basically sent a fake USPS tracking number that hasn't even recieved a package from them. Not a happy camper....
