Very disappointing refund experience
I have contacted MarryFromHome several times requesting my refund, but unfortunately my emails have been ignored. I have received neither the refund nor a proper response explaining its status.
I am posting this review after unsuccessful attempts to resolve the matter privately. I still welcome a response from MarryFromHome and will update this review if the issue is resolved.

If I could give 0 stars I would
If I could give 0 stars I would. MarryFromHome is a complete scam. They start off super responsive and then they will ghost you. Don't waste your time or money with them. You can get your marriage license through Utah County (which is who they'll go through) and do a VTC with the courthouse and it'll be around $150.00 USD.

Scam? We paid for an "expedited" marriage…
We paid for an "expedited" marriage which still took 4 days. Then, when we got the certificate, one of our names was wrong (middle and last name were repeated twice). It's been over a week and still nothing. When we call, we are put on a hold line (doesn't matter the time) and you are told for at least 30 min that you are "first in line". Most of the time, the call then disconnects. When you do reach someone, they are in "sales" and can't help but "customer service" will call you back shortly. They never do. When you email, it takes days for a response and always an excuse. It's been over two weeks for an "expedited" marriage and we don't even know if we are legally married. We don't know where to go next as no one will answer our call. We are so very disappointed. Please look elsewhere. There has to be better companies. This is feeling like a scam.

After calling several different online…
After calling several different online marriage places this one is the worse. Not helpful at all, no real information from them. Very over priced for something you can do in your own.
Save your time, money and frustration dealing with this company. Rarely do they answer the phone and rarely do they bother to reply to emails.

Ron is not our customer, he did not purchase our service. He emailed us last February 23, 2022 about an inquiry and was answered within an hour for all of his inquiries. We have 24/7 support via phone, email and chat and we are always available to answer. Please note that we do not force people to buy our service so it really depends on the customers if they can afford our services or not.

stay away from this unprofessional company
stay away from this company, i arranged a marriage in turkey my fiancée and i are from different countries and spent a lot of money, we were stood in wedding clothes and the zoom call never happen and they made an excuse that there was a time difference change in the states despite my emails the day before confirming the time of ceremony, they offered to do another ceremony at added cost (not free as it was their fault), my relationship was left ruined , i claimed the money back through my bank which they disputed with lies and phoney evidence now I'm left with nothing, they still insist they did everything correctly , they gave me a fraction of the cost of the whole experience back which is not acceptable as this whole situation could have been avoided by admitting fault and providing a full refund. and due them changing the times on us without telling us insist it was our fault and told me basically to accept the partial refund or have nothing, they don't care about individuals feelings and have no guilt over destroying dreams. the fact that they offered to reschedule our wedding on our last day together for 2 days time when i had clearly explained that we were not going to see each other for months was not acceptable but they didnt care, they even offered to reschedule after we had returned to our countries (joke), they were at fault not us, they said they tried calling me but i had my phone with me the whole time and received calls from everyone but them, i had emailed them 3 times that week to confirm the time

Glen and Malahat's wedding ceremony was scheduled smoothly and they were a no show. Our staff tried to reach out to this couple but they did not answer our calls that was why their ceremony was cancelled. We offered to re-book their ceremony at no extra cost but they demanded to re-book the ceremony asap(we are fully booked at the time and there are no available officiants until a day or two after). They declined this option and demanded a full refund, which was not applicable as per our refund policy. They disputed the charges with the bank and we won the charges by providing evidentiary support that we have tried everything to render our service. Even after the dispute ruled in our favor, we tried to do right by Glen and offered to continue with the ceremony which he declined. And even after all this, we still gave Glen the refund that he is due. It is never our company's intention to not render services or ruin anyone's relationship.
