Our marriage is issued for Utah County. Now, I can check the official Utah county website to can find my license number. We still do not receive the apostille hard copies since our marriage was 3-4 days ago. But at this point, we believe that we will receive our hard copies without any problems. If there are anyone who wants to have their marriage for immigration purposes, I can also share my mind. I will be relocating to Germany with my company. The blue card visa lets you to have your spouse under the family reunification procedure. We have contacted to an agency and they told us Germany recognizes a marriage legally conducted in the USA-law whether homosexual, straight or online.
