Misleading Polyamorous “Coaches”
Misleading. They are enrolling people into their marriage coaching program without disclosing that they are in a polyamorous relationship. Once this information is discovered and the client realizes this is not a good fit and not the type of people they want to be coached by, they refuse to refund the $9,000. They sign people up under false pretenses and then keep their money even though they will not be providing services due to moral incompatibility. They are scammers.
Response from Marriage MavericksMar 23, 2024
We appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback. At Marriage Mavericks, we strive to provide exceptional service and ensure our clients' satisfaction. However, we kindly request that you refrain from posting multiple reviews under different names, as this does not accurately reflect your experience with our company. As stated in our Member's Agreement, which you agreed to upon joining our course, we have a no-refund policy. This policy is a standard practice among most coaching programs, as it ensures a commitment from both parties to the success of the program. When you reached out to us a week after joining, we made an exception and offered you a refund, minus a fee for the services already rendered. We understand that our program may not be the right fit for everyone, and we wanted to accommodate your request. The agreement we ask for when providing a refund is something many companies do. It's to prevent incorrect information from being shared after we've already ended the original agreement and offered a refund as a courtesy. We remain open to finding a resolution that is fair to both parties. If you would like to revisit our previous offer, please reach out to [email protected].
