I’m truly sorry to hear that the membership did not feel helpful or aligned with what you were looking for. At Marriage Helper, our goal is to support both men and women in taking personal responsibility while also learning how to respond in ways that improve the relationship dynamic. We certainly don’t aim to position anyone as a “victim,” but rather to help each person understand what they can control and how their actions can positively influence change. That said, we understand that not every resource connects with every person, especially if there hasn’t been enough time or guidance to fully engage with the tools in a meaningful way. We’re sorry for the frustration this caused and understand how upsetting repeated charges can be. At the time of your request, we were unable to locate the membership under the email addresses on file, which prevented us from manually canceling it. However, we did refund the recurring charges from the moment you contacted us and tried unsuccessfully to contact you by phone in order to get the correct email. Once the credit card dispute was processed, the membership was automatically canceled and the issue was fully resolved. We apologize for the misunderstanding and are glad it has now been worked out.

Nicholas, I am so sorry that this was your experience. Unfortunately, the interest rate is offered by a third-party financing company that we recommend and we have no control over what it is. Please allow us to make this right for you in some way.
