I purchased Facial Rounds at their Eugene store and found them to not be absorbent even after washing them. I reached out to the company for a refund and they refused to offer one, instead suggesting I keep washing these things until they become absorbent. As far as I can see, they are adding to landfill by selling products that don't work and will end up in a landfill.

Cotton chenille cleaning cloth: £9.49. Worst cleaning cloth I have ever owned. Three months post purchase and the black dye still comes out and worst than that - you wipe a surface and it leaves a black fluff reside. I thought both these things would fade after a few weeks. Obviously not tested properly.
