Ordered Markys from a different supplier and had a great experience, ordered direct first time experience was ok, second time it never showed up and then the carrier offered to deliver it a week later, customer service was flippant and unhelpful. I left notes to carrier leave it at the door is no one was home, and have the same notes in the carrier. Customer service at Marky’s gave incorrect information and didn’t have any urgency to resolve. Wouldn’t order from via delivery direct again.

I placed an order, received my order with an item missing. Sent 8 emails, 2 requests from the website... no answer Called twice to talk with someone who told me she will send the message and no mews again. Never seen this in my life. Not sure what's happening at Markys but this is not acceptale. When u place and pay for an order , u expect receiving your items or a refund if they are out of stock. They basically owe me money but instead of apologizing and refunding me, they are ignoring me!!!
