I've had great experiences using MarkUp to get feedback directly from the client. The interface makes it easy for anyone to use regardless of technical ability. Great product and amazing customer experience! One of my teams did not adopt MarkUp and I got a refund within a week of getting charged. That is what I call great service. I will continue to recommend MarkUp for my future projects.
