I found this seminar interesting, informative, and even entertaining. It's only been one day, but so far I have not smoked. I listened to the video when I got home, just a little reinforcement. Not sure if it was hypnotism or just positive reinforcement, but I'm hoping if I put in little effort I can stay a happy nonsmoker.

I enjoyed the informative first part of the program. The presenter is a good hypnosis coach. Enjoyed and I would recommend.

I really enjoyed the seminar and learned alot. The reason for only 4 stars is that I was unable to quit smoking. However, I honestly believe it does work for some people, it just didn't work for me. I would recommend to at least try it.

Larry was a good facilitator and very encouraging. I do feel he could have used the graphic food references during the hypnosis more to reinforce them.
