Went to his quit smoking seminar. Everyone was smoking outside, chuckling. Within a week or two whenever I smoke I almost vomit which has never happened before this. I guess it worked.. Took quite some time, if anything it will make you smoke less. The ashes in the mouth apparently got to me. Did it make me quit? No. Did I smoke yes? Yep. Its been 5 years and Im still getting the gagging. I dont smoke anymore but I give it a 4 because it did do something and somehow I vividly remember the entire seminar.

Explanation prior to hypnosis was a bit to long. I had trouble to imagine the hole and the platform. I liked that we received an audio afterwards because I think that helps me the most because I still got cravings for a smoke but I really don’t like it to much so I told myself to cut down day by day one less. Let’s see how it works out.

Plesant experience, got some really good information. Time will tell if the hypnosis worked but I feel more confident about my efforts to loose weight.

Thought it was fantastic. Couldn't even eat after the seminar. My only downfall (and it was my fault) I had a difficult time relaxing my legs as they are very long. Otherwise, perfect

It was satisfied but there was missing communication between the host and the guest, so I couldn’t get any answers for my questions that I chat at the same time. The products maybe are fantastic but because of the price I won’t be able to buy them. Just I made it for the seminar and for 2 hours it was charge a lot. Not everyone can afford it.

Fingers crossed that I (we) can make this weight loss goal reality. I’m going all in & giving it all I have for a healthier, leaner ME. I am reaffirming myself that this is a lifestyle change, not a quick fix diet.

I enjoyed the video meeting. I believe I would have felt self conscious if I had been in a room full of people.
