It was different I didn't feel like I was hypnotized I kept feeling that this isn't working for me. But I left there never lit a smoke on the way home and sitting here next morning with my coffee don't feel the need to light up. I even laid a partial pack next to my cup to see if I failed at being hypnotized because I really felt as if it didn't work for me. But don't have a desire so smokes are still in pack and I smoked cigars(swisher sweets).

Really positive experience from start to finish. I was especially impressed with the realistic after care plan and supplement and why explaination. Pat did a wonderful job making me feel comfortable and informed when leaving.

I thought the seminar and hypnosis was excellent and well worth the money.

I attended the weight loss seminar on 1-11-2020. Jeff really explained how everything works. Real informative on every aspect. How water and eating regularly is really important. Jeff was so nice and polite about everything. Im excited to see what the outcome of my hypnosis will be. Thank you Jeff !!

I walked in with an open mind but still slightly skeptical. I figured I’ve tried EVERYTHING else the worst thing that could happen is I waste $50 and have an experience. I was ultimately shocked!!! He was so real raw and educated! I was expecting hokey, and a scammer. But to my surprise this was a real honest good experience. So far it’s worked and I haven’t steered from the good habits he installed.
