Just they took awhile to arrive

And when I explained that I often have trouble getting my deliveries because of my address, customer service checked to make sure my info was correct. The yarn has a lovely color combination. It will work up nicely. The only problem I had was the package too a long time to arrive.

I purchased several suspenders years ago with clamps. When I sat down or stretched, they would come undone. The suspenders with hooks lock into your belt loops, and there is no chance of them coming undone.

Overall the ordering process and delivery was excellent. Packaging also excellent. Communication also excellent. The product itself is gentle on the hair and left my hair is good shape with a lot of shine. My only disappointment is the color deposit itself, as the result was very subtle, which was not expected . I ordered the silver dye and already have a significant amount of grey in my hair hoping to achieve the more dark and light contrast pictured in the before and after photos on the web site. I am hoping my second application will produce a result closer to what's advertised. Fingers crossed.
