I’ve been through several of Mark’s LinkedIn and YouTube trainings over the past five years, and I’ve also had the chance to meet him in person. Every time we connect or I attend one of his trainings, I learn something new I can actually use right away. He keeps things practical and easy to understand, and you can tell he genuinely wants people to succeed. What stands out to me is how consistent he is. No fluff, no overcomplicating things. Just clear ideas and real guidance that helps you move forward. If you’re looking to grow your business and want straightforward advice that makes sense, Mark is a great person to learn from.

Mark is super helpful and generous in his coaching, and his LinkedIn and YouTube programs are top notch. It's not unusual for him to add a bonus session or feature in his courses. The courses are actionable and chunked in ways such that you can actually use them - not just watch and then hope things will change. Fair pricing. Not the cheapest - but 100% worth it.

Rude and untrustworthy Based on my experience, Mark Firth is an arrogant disrespectful, and subtly rude person who you would never want to do business with. Based on his great YouTube clips, I very highly rated him until i had contact with him! Mark blatantly exists by criticising and denigrating people to sway them to hire him, and he has the audacity to argue with and tell people they are wrong! Stay away from this greedy individual!!

Mark is part of the social marketing bedrock. You will find him everywhere. He's an instantly recognizable, larger than life character who seems too good to be true...except that, in person, Mark is everything he promises to be...and more. Mark is genuinely interested and invested in the success of his clients. He makes no bold claims, he simply leads by example, knowing that success is simply a matter of following his self-proven practices and doing the work. I came to Mark as a daily contributor to LinkedIn. I was producing quality content, but I wasn't sure that I was getting the results that justified the effort. Mark made a few minor tweaks that provided the confidence to keep doing the work. Within the first week, my posts were reaching 10x my base follower count. I was getting DMs and engaging with real people who were demanding my attention. Coincidence...I think not. If that's a coincidence, Mark is the luckiest marketing consultant on the planet. Either way...you'll be glad you met him.

Mark makes every effort to meet you where you are at. I have always struggled with consultants and coaches that deliver a very standardised service lacking appreciation for individual challenges and reality. Mark scores very high on this. He is creative with suggestions and makes you feel in good hands with his frank and open approach to situations. He is certainly well versed with how digital media and various channel work.

I first found Mark Firth when he was sharing his insights about LinkedIn. His expertise and willingness to share serious value prompted me to take his current course, of which I'm in the middle. This course is how set up and position a YouTube channel, so as to be seen as an Expert Authority. Mark speaks from his extensive experience, research, testing in a clear, direct manner along with a little light-heated humour. I specifically appreciate that he teaches us in the same style that he wants us to use on video: not preachy/salesy/bossy but storytelling from our own experience with the aim of helping the viewer. And, yes, Mark does answer each and every question! I highly recommend Mark Firth.
