Explained the conservation work we were doing, got a quote, confirmed the cover, paid for the policy. This year asked for a quote for another group doing exactly the same thing with the same tools: no cover. They then said the first group wasn't covered either! Appalling. I double checked and listed exactly which tools were being used and who would be involved. They NOW say a year on that we would never have been covered. Thank GOD there were no accidents.

Total Scammers! If you are a small business stay far away from this company. Apparently I got "audited" and suddenly have to pay 4500 effective immediately. Their reason is that a few years ago my business made more money, so even though I never had a claim, I paid all my bills on time, I now have to go back and give them 4500 for literally no reason. How can you expect a small business to just suddenly fork over $4500, and for what? I've been using them for 10 years and never filed a claim and my business is low risk. How can you justify giving them more money, for a time in the past when there wasn't even a claim? It's crazy these scammers should be put in jail for putting small business out of business.

I had this company for 7 plus years and paid my fees as a I should have and as I was billed. Once I ended with them I received countless of bills stating back that I owed from years back from all the audits, I never understood how in 2026 I am being billed for their billing mistakes back in 2023. I still paid for it for it to not go into collection as I was threatened it would. I even spoke to their customer support where they reassured me that this is the last thing I owe and that there is no more “hidden fees”. I woke up today to another bill from them, a small bill but they somehow find ways to bill you for random stuff and I’m getting tired of those bills coming in while I haven’t been insured by them in almost a year! I will be contacting my lawyer as I find this company to be a fraud!

I would give 0 stars if I could. I canceled a workers' compensation policy after one day because I didn't need it anymore and got charged more than the initial premium. $323 to be exact, instead of just the premium charge of $273. Companies and industries like this need to be held accountable.

Had renters insurance with them for 2 years and my e-bike got stolen and they pulled out the fine print declining my coverage saying it’s a “self propelled vehicle” they were not helpful and not following laws when signing up for insurance disclosing what is and is not covered.
