Very poor customer service. Pants are made of very cheap material and made in China. If you try to get a refund you will have to pay for postage to China. Don’t waste your money. This is a scam, they try to pass as a USA manufacturing but it is very cheap stuff they sell. You have been warned , save your money

BUYERS BEWARE. I bought a buttery soft leather blazer - I went a size up and it fit horribly. It was so tight I couldn’t even button it. I tried working with customer service, I had to show the measurements and how it looked on me (TIGHT), all the tags were cut out of the blazer and they REFUSE to allow a return and refund.

What a sham & scam! Clothes arrived without size labels. I returned one blouse that did not fit & defective. The return process was the worst. Do not believe “easy returns” in their website. It is far from the truth. The most incompetent, lacking to no customer support. Shirt was shipped back to Canada - postage that I paid for. When I checked if item was received, I was told they couldn’t process the return & gave me discount code for next purchase which I do not intend to do. It was a mistake that I tried this shop in the first place. Buyer beware!

Hi Beth, we're sorry your experience went this badly, and we understand the frustration. A blouse arriving without a size label and with a defect is not the standard we hold ourselves to, and a defective item should never have cost you return postage or ended with a discount code instead of a refund. That's on us. We'd like to put this right. Please email [email protected] with your order number and, if you have it, the return tracking number.
