We ordered a Fischer Panda generator
We ordered a Fischer Panda generator, paid full price (not a super cheap, to good to be true price), and received tracking info, and then never heard anything again. We have an invoice, I spoke to a "couple" people over email and one on the phone initially. Then once the shipment "had been sent" I never heard anything back, even after multiple emails and phone calls to check up on it. This was two months ago now. The tracking only shows the initial update and the phone number on that website doesn't work. Email also wasn't answered. Other digging I found was the address in Sandusky doesn't seem to be a real place. After called a nearby business they confirmed they had never heard of Marine Inboard Specialists. The address of their bank account was linked to some house in south carolina (310 Roberts St Lexington SC 29072) that looked derelict (on street view). All things considered we have been taken for $16,000 and have no way to get it back.
