Hello Anatole, We care deeply about account authenticity and ensuring real people make genuine connections on our platform. We take profile verification very seriously to keep our community safe and reliable for everyone. Our pay-as-you-go credit system simply powers these verification tools, live messaging features, and high-speed media hosting so members can connect seamlessly. We want you to have a positive experience with us, so we’ve reached out to request a bit more information about the specific interactions you experienced. Please share those details when you get a chance so we can look into this right away. Best, The Mariadates Team

We hear your concern, Frank, as it's natural to wonder what's really going on behind the scenes. The system and its credit-to-premium features system are charged to all our members. Our pay-as-you-go model allows you to always be in control of how often you reach out and whether you want to share your personal contact details. Some folks like to build a connection within our community first before taking things off-platform, and we completely respect that. Thanks so much for sharing what you've experienced! If you'd like to learn more about how credits work or have questions about our communication features, our Customer Care team would be happy to help—just get in touch with us! Yours Truly, MariaDates Customer Care Team

Hi Phl Miles, I'm sorry Mariadates left you feeling this way. I'd like to clear up a couple of things. You only ever pay for what you choose to use. There are no subscriptions, and photos and other features are always optional. Whether to share contacts or meet in person is up to each member. Some people are ready quickly, while others need more time. If any specific profiles or conversations didn't feel right to you, I'd really like to take a look. Just email us at [email protected] and mention this review, and we'll go through it with you personally. Best wishes, Mariadates Customer Care

Hi there, We hear you, and we take claims about profile authenticity and staff interference very seriously. We don't use fake accounts or script conversations, as that goes completely against how our platform is meant to work. We want to look into what happened during your experience right away. Please drop us a line at [email protected] with your account details so our support team can review this directly with you. Yours Truly, MariaDates Customer Care Team

Hi Massimo, Happy early Birthday! First off, a huge thank you for hanging out with us for 8 months. We honestly appreciate you sticking around. You’re completely right to call us out on this—eight months is a long time, and wanting a little birthday love makes total sense. We don't have a birthday discount system set up right now, but we are definitely passing your feedback along to the team to consider. We hope you have an awesome birthday anyway, and keep an eye on your inbox since we do send out promos throughout the year! Best regards, Mariadates Customer Care

Hi Stephen, We appreciate your candid feedback. We understand that everyone has a different pace when moving a conversation off the platform. On MariaDates, that transition is entirely up to you and the person you’re connecting with. While there is a cost to connect, it serves to ensure that the people you meet here are genuinely invested in the process, rather than just browsing. We’re sorry if this approach wasn't the right fit for you, but we wish you nothing but the best in your search. Best regards, Mariadates Customer Care
