I have a degree in construction management and real estate and have been in the business of buying, selling and remodeling homes for over 20 years now. A good kitchen designer with a cool product isn't always easy to find. I decided to try Marfa on my personal ski home as a test to vet the service and the product before I can refer out to clients. So far step 1 and step 2 are an A+. From the time I filled out the form online, I had an immediate response. Then my video call with the designer, Magdalena was perfect. She was knew her products and what boxes and accessories were available. I haven't completed the order yet or installed it but if this service continues through production and delivery, I will definitely keep this as one of my top 3 cabinet suppliers!

Haven’t begun the ordering process but the free samples and free quote is a great start

I'm incredibly pleased that she was able to change my point of view for the better so quickly,

Easy and free samples. Really makes it easy for new business owners get started.

KIM MASI, MY MARFA KITCHEN DESIGNER WAS RELENTLESS AND METICULOUS IN ACHIEVING THE MOST ELEVATED DESIGN LAYOUT POSSIBLE FOR MY RENOVATION PROJECT. I TRULY APPRECIATED HER GENUINE DESIRE TO NOT COMPROMISE ON MY DESIGN AND JUST RUSH TO GET THE JOB DONE! I HAVE ALREADY RECOMMENDED HER FOR FRIENDS’ KITCHEN PROJECTS!

the sales rep was very knowledgeable and knew the Marfa product line. My order was expedited promptly and was delivered timely. The kitchen is beautiful.

This is my 3rd kitchen designer- I am extremely frustrated by the lack of cohesion and poor information transfer

I requested a quote for myself which I received promptly. I also promptly received encouragement to proceed within a day or two but wasn’t quite ready. I requested a 2nd quote for a client. It was a large project. I would have proceeded and would have also proceeded with mine. But I never received the quote after it being promised several times. The sales rep didn’t have the voice of someone selling luxury kitchen cabinets and I could hear her dog panting when we spoke. She wasn’t too friendly either. I’m glad in a way that she didn’t send me the quote for my client and that I didn’t move forward with them. I think it would have led to disappointment and that’s not a risk I can take for my clients.
