I bought a pulley and when I received it I realized it was the wrong one. I have emailed three times asking if they have the one I need and return this one. It has been two weeks or better with no reply. I hate to give a bad review but I just wasn't helped.

The wrong item was sent. We are still waiting for the return label to send it back and get the correct part. We did talk to someone earlier today and I'm just waiting for the email with the fed x label

Got the wrong part

We asked March about a problem with a Chrysler-Alternator that does not fit anymore with the March Pulley Serpentine System. March changed last year to a Powermaster-Alternator that hurts the Edelbrock aluminum heads on Chrysler SB and does not fit. The old (Tuff Stuff) Alternator did his job. So we asked March in advance if they have still one of the old-style alternator, and a March-employee confirmed us by email, they have planty on stock. So we ordered again one (and asked for the old-style one), but we received again a second Powermaster-style alternator that does not fit, even if we explained in advance the problem. The biggest problem is, we trying since then to receive an answer for a solution from March, we wrote 3 times by email, without an answer until now, few weeks later. A very miserable customer-support from March! Now we have two wrong alternators here, spent over 700 dollars (including shipping to europe) and both are unusable. And the car is still diassembled without an alternator...
