Be clear that it doesn't include the pumps and alternator. Also, returns should be on YOU not the customer. I hate using Amazon, but if something isn't right, I can send it back for free there.

Missing the altanator powersteering pump and ac compressor the most expensive items in the package

The photo on the website was misleading. What was shown was not what was delivered after purchasing the product. Had to go back talk to them and order additional $300 to finish up the motor that I am working on. extremely dissatisfied with the service that I received. I even called and spoke to the gentleman before I purchased it so that I would make sure that I got everything I was looking for. unfortunately, I was misinformed.

Order a part on 7/6/24, never received a tracking number, called on 7/10/24 and they said it didn't ship yet but would ship by the end of the day but never shipped, called on 7/11/24 and they couldn't give me a reason why it still didn't ship, so canceled the order,

Two weeks after the order I ain’t got nothing about the delivery.

Received half my order within a week. Other half of my order is nowhere to be found. I’ve sent emails with no reply. I can’t track my order down on the website because it says I have no order. My name is spelled incorrectly on the website and I can’t change it because I don’t know the password that they must’ve setup when I called in to place the order. I just want my Air Conditioning so that it can be installed and I can enjoy the car while it’s still summertime. Update 7/22/24 realized there was missing bolts to the pulleys, immediately contacted these people via phone. All I kept being told was “they’ll check the weight and get back to me”. A few hours later when I hadn’t heard anything, I called back to stress the fact that my car is currently occupying a bay at the shop and that I had a drop off appointment set for 7/25 at the muffler shop so I need to know when the missing parts will be here to keep from being charged for my car sitting. Plus not showing up to the muffler shop. Guy started to seem irritated and just continued to tell me that he’s “waiting on the weights” in which I had no clue what the heck this even meant. Fast forward to the end of the same day (roughly 5pm) STILL nothing. I called one last time and the guy finally said he was shipping out the box of missing hardware in the morning. Knowing the situation and obviously it’s their fault, one could only imagine that it would be overnight shipped as a courtesy…. Boyyyy was I wrong… Today is Thursday (7/25) almost 10pm and they STILL haven’t shipped me anything! Yesterday when I called, the guy said “hopefully it’ll ship tomorrow and you’ll receive tracking info”. What a joke! NEVER AGAIN! And it sad because I’ve got March Performance products all over my 88 Monte Carlo and was beginning to do the same on my 1970 Cutlass! If you need pulleys, go to American Billet, CVF, or even Concept One… March Performance has fallen off Terribly bad! Until they get their stuff together, I won’t be buying anything from them.

The part fit the car, but the bracket you sold me the converson kit for the chevy big block that will not mount the air conditioning compressor, it does not match up. Plus when we called they said it wouldn't work on my 572 engine, so why did you sell me something that will not fit?

Reached out about a part not fitting and starting the refund process the day the part was delivered. Have yet to hear back on how to return the item
