Buyer Beware
This company doesn’t stand behind what it sells. Customer service is nonexistent and very hard to get anyone on the phone . I will never do business with them and it’s a shame because I love supporting small businesses.

Bad customer service
I placed a phone order for 3 chrysler big block serpentine pulleys, when i got confirmation email i noticed they was wrong pulleys, he assured me they were the right ones, i received pulleys and they were wrong, called back and after several calls he said they sent wrong pulleys and he has got it taken care of and will be shipping out correct ones right away, a week later nothing, call back and for some reason they were not shipped said he'd check into it and call me back, 2 days later and no call...been waiting almost 3 weeks and still no pulleys ,very bad 1st experience with march performance and probably my last

Horrible experience
Ordered a part and it was canceled 3 days later' refunded. But never told me why never sent an email responding to my email. Nothing!?!? Couldn't talk to anyone it got a 1 star in my experience they co tacted me the part was out discontinued so I give it a 3 and a half star

I ordered the Ultra Series GM 10SI…
I ordered the Ultra Series GM 10SI alternator and Electric water pump ultra serpentine system. Unfortunately the serpentine pulley would fit on the alternator. Cost me $75.00 to get it machined to work.

Un able to ever get anyone to answer…
Un able to ever get anyone to answer the phone. Problem with one of you alternator that is described incorrectly resulting in a mis order.
