Was told item was on shelf ready to ship during phone order! After 3 days, I checked order status online and it showed “awaiting shipping”! Called on a Monday and they said ONE pulley out of the kit needed to be manufactured and it would take ONE hour to make and kit will ship Tuesday or Wednesday…. It’s now Friday and STILL “awaiting shipping”!!! Was hoping my first experience was going to be a good one as I have many customers request the serpentine conversion as well as other modifications and was looking forward to offering more products but the wait time is just out of control!!!

Sad that there service and sales support is bad. This is the second serpentine Kit I have bought for this car. last yr I called and ask questions about 2 different kits one was $800 the other was $2500 I was told both were great kits. My car is not a show car it is my daily driver. So I didn't care if it looked flashy. However that was not the case. the $800 dollar kit could not keep a belt on if I tightened it enough for AC belt to not screech every time it cycled on. As it would pitch the compressor slightly. at first I thought it was install error so I bought a aliment laser. I found my install not to be the problem. I do believe March performance is the best manufacture. I just got very bad advice from the first sale guy. They said my only option was to buy another kit. Sadly I'm out $3550 dollars now between both kits and the tool not to mention all the $25 dollar belts I went trough. To Make maters worse the new Pully System came and its missing parts. It hot in Arizona and I still don't have the missing parts yet. I would be happy to talk to some one if they would like to call me 602-736-1145 but I drought they will as when I called about the missing pieces. The type2 power steering pump and one of the brackets off the water pump they said it would have to wait for ground shipping 6 days and still not here.

Sold me something that was sold out took my money never even told me !!!!!!

Missing parts, had to drill out every hole for bolts to fit, had to machine a few spacers down, missing the tensioner, when I was on the phone ordering it I said we were running and power bond balancer so the crank pulley didn’t fit, had make another pulley fit. Highly would not recommend buying for any purchaser.
