Well I orded parts from March on June 12th and received an email telling me not to contact them regarding the order. I received this email requesting a review and I still haven't received the items I ordered, 21 days later.

Ordered on June 2nd and today is the 23rd still haven't received my items. Only communication was when I asked . No updates from you. Poor customer service.

The new alternator i got is melting inside the casing.

Mix match of metric and standard fasteners makes this purchase worthless !

I ordered an alternator ($156) for my small block chevy, a few months back, when i got a hold of my package it was empty. Box sealed on the outside. Called, emailed, used the tech support, and got no response, i disputed it, but they disputed back, so all in i lost $156 and ended up paying $80 for a chinese alternator off amazon to get my car running

I was excited to install the product, which was delivered promptly. However, most of the items Were either scratched, had chips, or had the clear coat applied so heavily, it ran. One of the main brackets was even machined on the wrong side! When it came to getting replacements, it took weeks! I had to constantly call only to be told “oh they are at the powder coater, they will be ready in two weeks” I call again in two weeks, still at powder coater. I call again, “we have “some” of the items ready.” Finally, what is not mentioned is that the kit does not fit with aftermarket heads,,namely trickflows. I had to machine many items to get them to fit. On this review.. I was asked to contact March performance. 2 weeks later and still no response

I purchased a Sport Track package at Sema 2025, when I installed it I realized that there was finish issues and the water pump pulley was for a different package. I have talked with Brian only since he is the only person that answers the phone and emails and pics I sent, he has informed me the correct water pump pulley has been discontinued a year and a half ago. If that is true I will need a replacement package at no charge to me with a return tag sent to me. There is very poor customer service. Jerry Brooks 1-480 540 9597

Right out of the box, the alternator bearing was bad. A brand new engine that needed a break in period and to be shut down because the alternator was smoking and so hot you could not touch it. Summit racing sent me a new alternator. Once I began driving this vehicle, the power steering pump would whine once the engine got warmed up. I have now been through not two, but three power steering pumps from March performance. I am now on the fourth one from a different manufacturer, and it operates as it should. Furthermore, I am installing a vintage air system on the same vehicle now. So, I finally took the bolts out of the block off plate in the AC compressor. The bolts and the holes were completely rusted. As if this wasn't enough, I had to finagle the power steering pump brackets that came with the kit to make the power steering pump pulley align with the rest. The entire reason I purchased this kit was not to have alignment issues with the common v belt system. To say this is a terrible product would be the understatement of the century. Not to mention, when I tried to get March performance on the phone, I never could get to an actual person. I had to rely on summit racing customer service, which is excellent by the way, to send me new parts. I would never recommend March performance to anyone nor will I ever be purchasing a product from them again. For the price of nearly $2,000, one would assume better quality would be in order.
