The website is easy to use, customer service is real - with people who answer the phone and are helpful. I needed 1 (one!) tile for a fireplace in a 300 year old house. They sent me one piece, in a box with layers of foam wrap. The order came quickly from California to me on the DC/MD line. It fits perfectly. Thank you so much!

Hamid was always helpful, polite, and cooperative. He always took my calls when asking questions about the product and the status of the order. He was upfront about things that could affect delivery times and how much lead time he would need to fulfill the order on time.
