I got granite tiles. Shipping was good and the tiles arrived in good condition. I thought the finish and bullnosing were very good, although the bullnosing is kind of expensive. A few of the tiles (about 4 out of 70) had characteristics that weren’t very desirable, like a corner or one half that had a lot of black stone in it and didn’t look like the rest of the batch. I ordered Venetian gold. However overall I am very satisfied.

good service and quality but the website doesnt make it very clear whether you're ordering per tile or per square foot and as a result we misordered a few times which added time and shipping cost. Also, one time the company sent us the incorrect tiles (not honed instead of honed), which unfortunately I only found out after we'd already put them in, so that was not great, but at least they waived the shipping cost for the final order as a compensation, so that was elegant.

The only complaint I have is I went with the freight that cost more thinking I would receive it fast but I actually had to go pick it up in Bangor 20 miles away though tracking showed it was delivered 845am 3 Jan to New England and when i asked for an update 4 Jan when it never arrived I got a call that morning saying they would not be able to get it to us til Monday unless we wanted to go pick it up.. The granite though is beautiful and looks gorgeous in our bathroom. I am curious the difference between the two choices of freight delivery...

Tile arrived early witch helped scheduling installation with no broken granit tiles and the driver put the load of tiles right where I wanted them without any help from me (Great)

Tile was delivered on time and in tact but there were some tiles that had a water stain on the edge I'm glad I bought extra

Product was exactly as described and came quickly. My telephone calls were all returned promptly and my questions were answered expertly. My only suggestion is to coordinate delivery better. I was not aware the granite arrived at UPS.

I recently was in need of replacing some of the original tile that was layed 18 years ago at some of our platforms. Our local vendors couldn't seem to help me. Went to your site and found it right away. Thank you. Also for such a speedy turn around time. I will use your company in the future.

AS A LAPIDARY HOBBYIST I'M ALWAYS LOOKING FOR BEAUTIFUL, BUT INEXPENSIVE, SLABS OF STONE. THE ONYX STONE I ORDERED IS GORGEOUS, BUT SHIPPING COST AS MUCH AS THE STONE, PLUS, A THIRD MORE. I ASKED FOR ACCESS TO SMALLER SAMPLES. PERHAPS MADE FROM BROKEN TILES, BUT HAVE NOT RECEIVED A REPONSE AS YET. SMALLER PIECES COULD BE SENT IN A PRIORITY MAIL BOX FOR $5.80 WITH NO WEIGHT LIMIT EXCEPT 70 LBS. WHICH WOULDN'T FIT IN THAT SMALL BOX.
