Maramani House PlansReviews of maramani.com

My initial complaint was attended to promptly and I am very happy. The services are good and now enjoying this site.

Maramani House Plans has really impressed me a lot. From the Time I saw the drawings on the Internet and at the time I started communicating on WhatsApp to the Customer Care and until the drawings were sent and downloaded, I never encountered any problems at all. All clarifications that I was requesting were answered to my satisfaction. The only problem I encountered is when I was trying to make the payment after I ticked DPO and gave me an error message that the payment has failed to complete as the Server was not available. However, I immediately consulted with the Customer Care the following day and this was resolved after I was guided that I should not select DPO and payment was done with no problem at all. I must also mention that downloading of PDF drawings was easy and never encountered any problems. I must mention that this service was handled very well and I can not hesitate to recommend to other would be customers interested in Construction. Regards, Widdy

Melica and the Maramani team were helpful with fielding my questions before the purchase and making minor site plan changes after my my recent purchase of a 6 bedroom house plan. I am giving them 4 stars because there is always room for improvement in the service, product choice and pricing.

Purchase on Plan ID# 24513 The drawings are clear and professionally made. The go-to person, Robert, was responsive to my calls for clarification. They were honest to refund my $59.00 for registering to access their website when I was not able to claim it myself. My only concern is that I had to register two times paying $118.00 to have enough time to browse through their plans and make a choice. I got a refund of only $59.00 towards the purchase of my plan. In all it was a good experience for me. I will recommend them to anyone.

The design price is very good. I believe that all plan and drawing are done perfectly. I would have expected also the BOQ added but was not there. However I will still doing business with you. Thanks

Thank you very much for the splendid job on the plan I chose. It is highly appreciated. However, I find it somewhat slightly out of sync that, when one requests cost estimates, s/he will be asked to pay more than what the plan costs, while, on the other hand, if one registers for membership, s/he is only asked to pay 59 USD (with the promise to get cost estimates included in the package).

the website is good with nice content
